Resolute Build is a family-run Surrey builder taking on extensions and whole-house renovations. Every project is fully contracted before we start, and the price on your quote is the price you pay for the work on it, however long it takes us.

What we build
Extensions and whole-house renovations.
We take on projects from a single-storey extension upwards, with the team and process to run large extensions and full refurbishments from first meeting to handover.
Full renovations
Whole-house strip-outs and refurbishments, with every trade coordinated by us so you deal with one team.

We no longer take on small standalone jobs such as a single kitchen or bathroom refit. Keeping to larger projects means every client gets the whole team's full attention.

Federation of Master Builders
Not every builder is a Master Builder.
Resolute Build Limited is a member of the Federation of Master Builders. Members have to meet the FMB's entry criteria to join and are monitored continually after that, which gives you extra peace of mind in an unlicensed industry.

From the first meeting to the day we hand back your home, this is what happens and when.

Pre-tender meeting
We meet at your home to understand what you want, look over any drawings, and talk through how you'd like the project to run.

Detailed tender
We price your project in real detail. If you have your own architect, we flag any notes or questions for you to take back to them.

Post-tender meeting
We go through the tender with you line by line, so you know exactly what's included and nothing you want is missing.

Contract & neighbours
The project is fully contracted before work starts. We also write to your neighbours with Adam's personal contact details.

The build
You get weekly updates with photos, and Adam is on the phone throughout. We're flexible about changes, agreed in writing first.

Handover
A joint walk-through with the snag list closed off. If you'd like one, we give you a project folder of photos with notes on how the build went.

Considerate from the first day on site.
Living through a build is hard enough. We keep the site clean, keep you informed, and look after the people next door too.
Neighbours looked after
Before we start, every neighbour gets a letter with Adam's personal contact details, so any concern comes straight to him.
Clean and tidy, every day
The site is cleared and left tidy at the end of each day, whether you're living in the house or not.

You always know where the build is, even when you can't be there.

You deal directly with Adam, who runs your job. No call centre and no chasing.

As with any project of this size unforeseen issues came up a number of times, these were all explained to me with options/solutions being discussed, approved, and carried out. Everyone on their team was professional, very friendly, and hardworking.
